Welcome to the inaugural post from Local | Simple | Good. This blog is project started by my wife and I, merging our interests in food (mine, obviously) and photography (hers, and she’s great!).

The aim of this blog is to highlight great tasting yet simple cuisine from local restaurants. We currently live in Albuquerque, so most of our reviews will be there, but we will also be traveling a fair amount to different cities and reviewing their hidden (and not so hidden) local gems.

I love to eat, she loves to take pictures, so we’re both really excited for the posts to come. If you have recommendations, advice, or restaurants you’d like us to check out, let us know!
